Features
The handmade harvest is made in middle August. The grape selection is made on a vibrant table. Previous criomaceration to the stripping and squeezing. The grape is putting in casks and later a prefermentative maceration and fermentation under controlled temperature in the presence of skins and pips are made, with various delestages and daily overpumpings. After malolactic fermentation, it is lightened, stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Tasting
View: Ruby colour, clean and bright.
Nose: Red and black fruits, intense aromas, especially blackberries.
Mouth: Fresh, good palate, large and pleasant in aftertaste.
