Valvinoso

Variety: Tempranillo, verdejo and albillo

Features
Made of a mixture of grapes variety from own vineyards, manually selected and picked. It is elaborated by cold maceration and clearing, after which a fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Racking and fining process make the wine limpid and stable. The vinification finishes when wine is stabilised at low temperature then it is ready for bottling.

ViewVery clear and transparent with pink tones.
NoseRed licorice and strawberry yogurt aromas harmoniously combined with intense fresh red fruit hints.
MouthVivacious, high sharpness and fruity in the month with a long finish. Greasy and with good structure.
