Hesvera roble

Type: Red wine
Winery: Espinosa Rivera Bros. C.B. Wineries
D.O.: Ribera del Duero
Country: Spain
Variety: Tempranillo (100%)

Features
The winery was founded in 1999. Once the polyphenolic rates has been contrasted and analyzed, the grape harvest is made by hand. Subsequently it comes in the winery; it is stalked and goes into a depot to have the maceration and fermentation processes. The yeast has a lot of importance in this process, where it wants what the grape brings, in order to begin to stand out the own terroir.
Temperature is controlled, it never exceeds 29 ºC, and it is macerating with the corresponding overpumpings and punching downs about 29 days more or less.
Once it is wine, it is taken out the vat and goes into the cask to do the malolactic. When the malolactic ends, every wine goes into the different ageing.
Maceration takes about 23 days and fermentation is developed with temperature control to 29 ºC.
Alc./vol.: 13,9%
Service temperature: 15-17 ºC

Tasting
View: Intense red with presence of intense purplish tones. Thin bluishes are appreciated in the thin depth.
Nose: Typical fruit aromas of the variety enhance, as mulberries, strawberries (red fruits), dyed with spicy notes, vanilla, clove and toasted tones from the oak.
Mouth: It appears fleshy, very well structured, long persistence, balanced and goood combination with wood. In aftertaste, the red fruits, toasted and sicpy tones appear again.
