Winery owned catering group Foxá, it is founded in 2000.
Tajuña Valley boasts of two important features: a type of soil with great personality and an unique microclimate which allows, using modern viticulture, to take full advantage of the Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Meticulous wine-making, long maceration periods and aging into French and American casks (from 10 to 14 months) allow to offer a full of great aromatic intensity, complexity, balance and elegance wine. Aged 9 months inside cask.

Nose: Good intensity, with ripe black fruits, too sweet aroma, acute toastings, spices, aromatic herbs and balsamics.
Mouth: Good entry, sweet-tooth and elegant, velvety, very fruit, rounded, right sharpness and ripe tanin, with good rout and pleasant persistence.
