Tasting
View: Pale-yellow colour, almost greenish, with trimming in the same line. Clean, bright and without anomalies. Watering with medium-fast fall, which makes an uniform bell.
Nose: With stopped glass, it shows a wide range of white and tropical fruit primaries, enveloped in yeast aromas. In moved glass, the fruit shows itself free, with good citrus, peach, pineapple, enveloped in bakery and pastries aromas, with a shell nuts ending, as the hazelnut.
Mouth: Its entrance into the mouth is fresh, with a slight carbonic which gives itself a special touch; good body and structure; high sharpness load, which however doesn’t become aggressive, its balanced flow through the mouth shows the smell stage perceptions because there is a strong fruit, enveloped by the contribution of its contact with the lees which give it volume and complement the fruit, leaving in its end a very refreshing feeling, with memories about the present shell nuts. Its persistence is high, its finish is marked by fresh fruit, not herbaceous, enveloped in yeasts and its aftertaste has shell nuts' memories.
