Saetías 2011

Features
Winery has got about 15 hectares totally regularized. Vineyards are located on the high part Almanzora Valley in the Armuña's state, split in several municipal districts: Purchena and Armuña del Almanzora and Tíjola.
Viñalmanzora wines have the Indicación Geográfica Protegida (Protected Geographic Order)(IGP) Vinos de la Tierra Sierras de Las Estancias y Los Filabres mark, which includes wineries from Almanzora Valley; besides they are piooner in the establisment of quality sistems as Calidad Certificada de Andalucía (Andalusia Certificated Quality).
Winery has two varieties of white grape: French Sauvignon Blanc and Airen, native from Castilla La Mancha, which wines are denominated Saetías. According to manager's words, the production is about 15.000 litres this year, about 20.000 or 22.000 bottles. From these 15.000 litres, about 5.000 litres are white wine.

View: Bright yellow-pale colour.
Nose: Ripe fruit aroma, smoked, patisserie.

Alba de los Infantes blanco Fermentado en barrica 2009

Features
From a careful selection among our best vineyards, during more than 50 years and productions between 1 Kg. in the oldest vineyards and 3 Kg. in the youngest. The density of plantation is 1.600 vine-stocks for hectare. All the vineyards are of dryness in sandy land. Varietal white wine made from selected grapes and flower-must exclusively. It was fermented inside new French oak casks of 225 Ltrs.

Tasting
View: Intensive yellow colour, clean and very bright.
Nose: Medium intensity aromas which remember the green apple, pineapple, greengage and apricot. Floral notes, orange blossom and elder. Powerful in nose with fruit aromas ensambled with toasted and spicy aromas base.
Mouth: It presents fresh with pleasant sharpness, silky, with a good balance and a slightly bitter, warm ending. Marked personality, armonious and subtle in the taste.

Finca de Luzón 2009

Features
Made with the best, most meticulously cared for grapes from both Monastrell and Syrah varieties, this wine is the best representation of the identity of the area. A young wine which is fruity, balanced, meaty and bursting with sensations.
Harvest is manual and it is made in the optimum ripening moment for every variety. Fermentation in contact with the skins in a controlled temperature below 28 ºC for 10-15 days according to the variety. Blending is made after every fermentation.

Service temperature: 16-18 ºC

Tasting
View: Purple red colour with purplish trim.
Nose: Clean, pleasant and fragrant aroma with red and black fruit notes.
Mouth: Smooth and warm, meaty and very fruity, good sharpness, ripe tannins.

Tagonius Crianza 2005

Features
Winery owned catering group Foxá, it is founded in 2000.
Tajuña Valley boasts of two important features: a type of soil with great personality and an unique microclimate which allows, using modern viticulture, to take full advantage of the Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Meticulous wine-making, long maceration periods and aging into French and American casks (from 10 to 14 months) allow to offer a full of great aromatic intensity, complexity, balance and elegance wine. Aged 9 months inside cask.

Gold Medal in Bruexelles 2008 and 91 points in Robert Parker Selection 2010.

Tasting
View: Intense red colour, bright and tile trimming with medium-high depth.
Nose: Good intensity, with ripe black fruits, too sweet aroma, acute toastings, spices, aromatic herbs and balsamics.
Mouth: Good entry, sweet-tooth and elegant, velvety, very fruit, rounded, right sharpness and ripe tanin, with good rout and pleasant persistence.

Bach Extrísimo 2010

Feautures
Masía Bach winery is a synonym of tradition and quality; wines and cavas with characteristic aroma and nuances are elaborated there. After 6 months vintage inside American oak cask, it becomes yellow with golden tones, evocating a complex fruit and floral aroma with chamomile, acacia, bergamot and honey notes, and rounded with acute wooden notes.

Tasting
View: Intense golden yellow colour. Very dense watering.
Nose: Fruit notes (banana and fig), honey and notes of good wood.
Mouth: Smooth, elegant palate, discreet sweetness and good structure. Slightly grease. Sharpness somewhat low. Nuts and acute bitterish notes are enhanced. Persistent. Long ending, sweet citrus fruit finish. Will round in bottle.

La Planta Roble

Features
A wine from Ribera del Duero which, by its brief flow through the wood, keeps a very fresh and tasty fruit expression.
Elaborated with Tempranillo grape from an only state situated 900m height, with 20 years old clayey-chalky grounds with stone less than one meter deep.
Manual grape harvest. The stripping grave makes macerations and fermentations in steel. Brief flow inside the French and American oak casks for 6 months.

Tasting
View: Intense red colour, clean and bright. Medium-high depth and purplish rim.
Nose: A lot of fresh, intense and tasty red fruit, complemented with sweet tooth notes from its flow through the wood, with a marked toasting, cacao, liquorice touches and light spicy touches.
Mouth: Very tasty, balanced. Powerful attack. Fruit is most marked in nose and has very integrated toasting. Silky, very free. Good sharpness. Very pleasant ending with persistent notes. A kind, rounded wine, easy to drink.

Marqués de Vizhoja winery was founded in 1966. It is located southwest Galicia, in the boundary between Spain and Portugal; the winery has its facilities and the nearly 40 hectares of own vineyard in the state Finca la Moreira, near Miño river shores, which expanse is dominated by an impressive manor house aged from XVIII century.
The brand has a lot of prestige in Galicia, above all among the most classics.

Tasting
View: Straw-colored yellow colour with greenish notes.
Nose: Its acute and pungent aroma, with an anisette background, remembers vegetables and several fruits.
Mouth: Acute and balanced flavour. It remembers apple, pear and citrus notes.

Hesvera roble

Features
The winery was founded in 1999. Once the polyphenolic rates has been contrasted and analyzed, the grape harvest is made by hand. Subsequently it comes in the winery; it is stalked and goes into a depot to have the maceration and fermentation processes. The yeast has a lot of importance in this process, where it wants what the grape brings, in order to begin to stand out the own terroir.
Temperature is controlled, it never exceeds 29 ºC, and it is macerating with the corresponding overpumpings and punching downs about 29 days more or less.
Once it is wine, it is taken out the vat and goes into the cask to do the malolactic. When the malolactic ends, every wine goes into the different ageing.
Maceration takes about 23 days and fermentation is developed with temperature control to 29 ºC.

Service temperature: 15-17 ºC

Tasting
View: Intense red with presence of intense purplish tones. Thin bluishes are appreciated in the thin depth.
Nose: Typical fruit aromas of the variety enhance, as mulberries, strawberries (red fruits), dyed with spicy notes, vanilla, clove and toasted tones from the oak.
Mouth: It appears fleshy, very well structured, long persistence, balanced and goood combination with wood. In aftertaste, the red fruits, toasted and sicpy tones appear again.
